Why do my windows dry with spots after I clean them?
Central Texas tap water is hard — it's full of dissolved minerals. When it evaporates it leaves those minerals behind as spots. We rinse with purified water that has the minerals stripped out, so the glass dries clear with nothing left on it.
Do you clean screens and tracks too?
Yes, both are included. Tracks collect grit and dead insects that end up back on clean glass if they're left alone, so we do them as part of the job rather than as an add-on.
Can you reach second-story windows?
Yes. Most second-story exterior glass is reached from the ground with water-fed poles, which is safer than ladder work and gets the same result.
Do you do storefronts and commercial buildings?
